Color is one of the most overwhelming steps in any design project. Our process helps to narrow the playing utilizing the expertise of an individual who has an in-depth understanding of how color can affect a space.

This consultation includes a one-time visit with our color expert to your property. We will recommend specific colors for your space and give you advise on how to test the paint selections. You will make the final color choice decision. Once we have selected the palate together, you will receive a color specs sheet that you can give directly to your painter.

Lighting Consultation

Lighting fixtures are truly the “jewelry” of a home. When considering selling your real estate your existing lighting fixtures can in some cases make your home look very dated. Updating your lighting fixtures is an easy way to add value to your property.  However, selecting lighting fixtures can be a very daunting and lengthy task. 

Is this the right size? The right color? Does it give off enough light? Is it the right style for the target buyers - too modern or too traditional? Does it work with my current architecture? Which finish? Is it suitable for outdoors? Too expensive or too cheap? …. so many questions need to be answered when choosing a lighting fixture.
